If you experiencing any issues accessing the Honda EPC Update Centre, it is advisable to install the EPC as an administrator. We have discovered that sometimes some features of the EPC don't install correctly if you do not have administration rights. 

If you have already installed the EPC, you can set the compatibility mode to administrator as explained in the previous topic ' How to set compatibility mode' OR

If you are installing now, open the EPC USB on your computer and instead of double clicking on the 'setup.exe' file, right click on it and choose "Run as Administrator" from the popup menu.  This should ensure that the EPC installs correctly as adminstrator.
